Every engagement opens with a short discovery call and a written scope outline. We capture repository topology, CI providers, deployment targets, and compliance constraints. You receive a plain-language statement of work describing deliverables, collaboration rhythm, and assumptions—commercial terms are proposed at this stage and confirmed before work begins.
Scoped projects use weekly checkpoints with shared task boards and recorded demos of pipeline behavior. Advisory sessions are scheduled in blocks with agendas sent in advance. Remote collaboration is default; on-site workshops are available at our Chonburi head office when travel works for your team.
We target repositories and documentation your team can maintain without permanent dependency. Runbooks explain how to rotate secrets, rebuild agents, and interpret failure notifications. Optional follow-up advisory hours can be added after handoff if you want a safety net during the first release cycle.
Fees are quoted per engagement after scope is understood. This site does not publish fixed rate cards. Invoices and payment instructions are issued under the registered business name shown in the footer once terms are accepted.
